Dll always shows as debug

Hi guys,
I'm using VS 2010 to compile a test dll. It doesn't seem to matter whether I choose release or debug, the ".Net Assembly Info" always shows it as debug.
I'm testing the ClassLibrary1.dll (attached with source code)
And you please tell me if this is a configuration issue on the way I'm building the app or a bug on VS 2010?
Thank you so much,

Issue is old but still open, so...
Check if a debug-build of your DLL (with same version number) is already present in your GAC. This tool uses reflection Assembly.LoadFile() which always goes to the GAC first.
